TL;DR. It's an Internet phrase meaning "too long; didn't read", or on SmackJeeves, "I hate PrtSc Land because you can't effectively remove deleted strips from the continuity and thus still have to explain them." Since TL;DR sounds like "teal deer", a picture of a teal deer is sometimes used with it, like in the v-gift or my anti-TL;DR userpic.
