Many pundits are spinning that Ron Paul lost last night's debate because he wouldn't start a war with Iran for no reason.

While I still don't think Ron Paul will win the Republican nomination. Regardless, I would like to see the Neocons make this an issue. His position is a foreign policy that both classical conservatives and anti-war liberals ( Read more... )

Not sure what you are reading, but plenty of people are still pissed of about the b.s wars. I voted for Obama,but won't be doing it again. His passing off the the indefinite detentions of 'merikans is bullshit.

I've been reading blogs across the political spectrum, as well as the editorials of the major dailies (eg. NYT, WP, WSJ, etc.) for years. I agree that plenty of people are still pissed about the wars, but you wouldn't get that idea from reading the popular liberal blogs, or listening to NPR, or watching MSNBC. When was the last time you heard anything about Code Pink or any of anti-war protesters who were so active when Bush was in office? I didn't hear much about the wars from OWS either. Just like plenty of left-leaning websites had national debt counters, but took them down as soon as Obama took office ( ... )

Again, I disagree with you. HOWEVER, given the focus on the economy going to hell and lack of jobs, I think that is more of a concern for most people. I think the country's focus overwhelming has shifted ( ... )
