You have basically got the gist of it, here's a little more details:

During Wild At Heart, Jun held Nino's upper arm and waved it. Then he put his hand near the corner of his lips (Nino's own lips? Jun's? I am unclear about this) and threw a flying kiss (presumably at the crowd). Then Nino looked at Jun, slightly shyly and smiled bitterly. Jun was very satisfied. The last two words is the WB's person's own comments about how the boys should pardon her life :P
