"Deep in the sewers of Dublin, The Knights Templar guards the dark secret of the umbilicus mundi. A young reporter, Sofia Alberti, has stumbled upon their trail. The Knights Templar will stop at nothing to keep their secret, but can The Church of Satan stop *them* first?!"
I'll say this much, Dan Brown can come up with good plot twists, he just has a bad grasp on important things like pacing and characterisation and dialogue.
One of my other friends said that after she read "Da Vinci", she wasn't so much offended as a Catholic, she was more offended as "a literate human being". I never plan on reading it- for one, I just cannot abide novels for whatever reason, and two...well, the majority of the people whose opinion I trust say it (in another friend's words) "sucks major amounts of monkey arse". ~Ruby (shuffling off to bed...)
