I like dark meat, we had prepared this winter a duck from my friend’s father farm - it was dark, long cooked - around two hours while we were drinking happily and delicious in the end!

I don't know... Because it is, somehow, like supplying my brain with data. Sharpens the taste and imagination how to create a special taste yourself. Recognition somehow satisfies it in some way.

So, it is literally about dark meat? I though it was a metaphor. I like dark meat too and I think it is very important in a human diet, I personally crave it sometimes.

Errr, I combined two things here: "Der besoffene Elch" was a figure from a cheesy ringtone commercial (don't know if it still exists today), and on the other hand I got my hands on really getting to taste moose.

It is one of the darker meats, definitely darker than pig or calf from a cow. Taste also goes into such a direction.
