The whole process of protesting against something like that is pointless because it is the free market that dictates what is most profitable so capitalists react to it. Not like they choose to be wasteful assholes just for the sake of being that. So, the conclusion is: it is the system. No way you can protest and change some elements of it. Doing something at home like your own clothes is plain stupid and not even feasible because if you do it old fashion way it will take you forever.

Well... Tell that to the part of the environmental activist community which receives the biggest media attention and spread of their ideas.

Wonderful speech! Though I can add that people could behave as saving our planet anyway - to eat less meat, less change the things they use, to use small cars when possible, to use the modern technology to warm the houses, to demand from government to stop any military activity or intentions to start war, to limit the number of children to three and so on and on but there are more problems on the way to help our grandchildren when some people and countries ignore all this movement.

To me it feels like: Ever since anyone recognized, the eco-interested audience is not that small and they all got moderately filled wallets, since then they recognized them as another market to sell shit to.
Only can't say, when this point in time has been.

Ever since the beginning, it was only manipulation and fooling people... And that's so for a reason. The system doesn't want to change, it only wants you to believe it does.

Church has always been a thing to tell people to use less, so their high members can use more. God forbid if resources are used to give a good live to all these primitive peasants out there ( ... )
