This works so well: I can just imagine them this way, when they're alone together. I love how they each speak their native languages at home, to each other (and yes, I can see how raising a bilingual child would foster that).

Aww, I like this a lot. I'm seeing the original Mark Lenard and Jane Wyatt here, with Sarek's subtle expressions of humor and hers more openly displayed.

Well written I do prefer The Original Sarek and Amanda and I hope you don't mind me envisaging them rather than Ben Cross and Winona Ryder.

Aww, this is nice. Feels very them. (And, like others, I'm picturing the original actors... And as far as I'm concerned, the fact that the voices allow me to do that is a major point in this story's favor.)

I particularly liked, "If I wished for a wife who would not use her wit and intelligence, Amanda, I would never have married you." :)
