Thanks. I hope to have a handful by HPF. This one, though, I'm going to keep for myself. A rare thing for me to do. I usually sell or give away my art.

I can only take credit for the skill to see the bowl hiding in the wood. Nature did all the decorative work for me!

Yup. It's from the side of one of the big trees we cut down, one of the few older ones that had lost lower branches and had time to heal over the stumps left behind. I have a handful more to play with, too, from this one tree.

Nature makes pretty things that I just have to spot and free from the extra stuff that isn't needed for the purpose.

Well, you are an amazing artist! I so love the things you bring to life.

Have I mentioned in the last few days how very much I have missed you and how incredibly happy I am that you are posting on LJ again? Because I have and I am and I hope I did not leave those thoughts in my head! Your posting also allows my worry factor to drop a notch so I get to be selfish happy to boot. :-)

I'm glad to be back. I missed everyone and keeping thoughts in my head too long makes for flakiness that is not good.
