Sounds lovely. I couldn't eat it, though. Peanut oil= Mattie with skin cysts. And, I don't eat meat, either, but it does sound good. (I love meat, don't get me wrong. But, I can't break it down properly so I can't eat it.)
Instead, my supper tonight was 'shroom gravy and bisquits and a salad.
IF he makes it home tomorrow night, I'll cook him some fried chicken, with mashed spuds, green beans, a salad and bread.

never cooked with peanut oil before, so was new.
going to be trying to make some sunflower seed crackers soon, low carb cookbook thing. should be interesting.
