SIMS!

Because I'm a nerd. I took a some screen shots of the house I built (and the SIMS... I created mom/dad, they created the daughter :D). Yeah ... I was bored (:

I took these right when I got home today (then played for like 5 hours), so she's not a teenager anymore but in these she was. Maybe I'll take some of when she gets married.

It's SIMS 3 - I have a few expansions though: Generations, Pets, Nightlife and World Adventures. I am hoping to get Seasons when it comes out in November also lol

Thanks! I actually like how it came out ... usually I build one floor homes but they're so long/big that I have to keep clicking across the screen to have my Sim do something, so I wanted something a bit more 'compact' but still nice.

Oh that sucks about your dvd-rom ): Mine was broken for the longest time, but thankfully my brother built a new computer so he gave me his old dvd-rom when I had my computer built too (it was one less thing to buy). So now I can play it ha! (:

Plus, sims 3 now is on origin, so you do not need to use a the DVD to play. You just load up ORIGIN and it plays without the disc ... it's pretty darn awesome (:

Yeah I made the house myself. I like how it came out as it was a bit more creative than my last few homes lol. I usually just make a one floor home that's really long and it looks weird and is so annoying to play. This is much easier to navigate and it's actually a bit smaller than it looks in the screen shots.

The SIms got so fancy! When I played, it didn't have all this 3D stuff! lol

But I'd spend DAYS building the house and decorating and whatnot, but when it was time to actually play with the characters, I got bored and would start the house all over again!

Yeah SIMS 3 has definitely come a long way from the original... it's pretty awesome.

I spend DAYS building houses too rofl! This is the longest I've played an actual family (usually I have then get pregnant then the toddler annoys me so I go build another house and repeat LOL). BUT, I've shrinked their lives so they're a lot shorter than the 'normal' setting it comes on. So it is a bit better to play LOL

My mom would love you. She's been a huge SIMS fan for about a decade now - whenever the first one came out, that's when she became hooked. She belongs to all sorts of SIMS forums, she downloads what other people make, and she's moved her way up to SIMS 3. She's also upgraded her computer numerous times so that it runs the game and the expansions better.
