New Richmond has embarked upon a program of encouraging the return of the Fair Folk. By building them housing.
Could it be a town art project like Chicago doing cow statues a few years back?

All over Iceland there were fairy houses. And not just any fairy houses but fairy turf houses.
Unfortunately, none of the pictures we took of them on our trip have been uploaded yet.

I knew tiny faerie doors were a trending thing and also miniature gardenscapes for faeries, but I didn't know we were up to actual housing. (And I can't help imagining human-sized Fair Folk shaking their heads in bemused disgust.)
