A bit of SF help?

I need references I can use to show regular viewing figures for Blake's 7 and Dr Who 'round about 1978 - this is to prove that British science fiction (on telly, at least) was in a fairly healthy state at the end of the 70s. I know I've seen reference to B7 viewing figures loads of times, I just can't think of any right now! Henry Jenkins no help

Dr Who viewing figures for the Fourth Doctor online , derived from Howe, Stammers, and Walker's The Fourth Doctor Handbook (see credits at the bottom of that page). 1978 is season sixteen (click on each story title for episode ratings).

The ratings for season 17 (for which Douglas Adams was the script editor) are massively high, because of an ITV strike which meant that nothing else was showing... Season 17 is traditionally notorious amongst fans for being crap.
