so Erina and I are getting close to settled here in Vergennes. We still need to paint the trim in our room, visit the local bars, and do a bit more unpacking, but it no longer feels like total chaos. This is for my LaTex-ing friends... I'm trying to reacquaint myself with LaTex, and one of the things I just can't figure out is: when using "enumerate", it defaults to numbering with 1. (as opposed to 1) or (1)), is there anyway to change this? I tried "itemize" but that just uses bullets. I might also like to \bf the numbers too ( Read more... )

Hi Everyone.

Erina and I will be moving to Vergennes by February 15th. I'll increase our commutes a bit but we'll be able to save money anyway. We're moving in with my sister, she has a house down there.

New address and land line will be posted later.

I can't wait to give Erina her big present. I'm not going to post what it is because I don't want to risk her finding out, but I think she's really going to like it. It's not exactly big in size, but it's something she's been wanting for some time now. It came today via UPS and I'm keeping it at the neighbor's for now ( Read more... )

Although I'm feeling a bit better today, I have been sick since Monday with a bad ass sore throat. Ugh. I'm trying to get out of teching at VIT tonight because I am really run-down.

In other news, I really need to clean out my inbox. I have 514 items in there. Usually I don't let it get to be much more than 300.

We went to the Ani show on Monday night and boy is she pregnant! Positively glowing, and quite pregnant. My grandmother died a little before 4am on Friday, October 27th. We had her funeral and burial yesterday and it was pretty nice. Attendence at Sunday service is usually not more than 20, but there were probably 100 people in the church that day, who came to my parents house later ( Read more... )
