Contentment. Really. People reading the journal for more than 6 months are probably slightly confused by the complete lack of cynical bastard Mat that you've sort of got used to.

People that actually know me have seen me smile, randomly, at something that I've thought about. No prises for guessing what that normally is mind, but there y'go. SB ( Read more... )

Are you about next week at all? Could do with sorting out plans for Brighton etc and making sure we keep a bed for you.

Aye; had planned last week but, well, things got in the way-have booked time off main work, although may need to get some things done while I'm in Brighton, won't be a major problem, can do it during lull patches, etc.

Oh, I've also been asked to be a voting rep, someone dropped out, but we can sort things around stuff (or send Dave off to vote given he's also Merton based).

Let me know and I'll make sure I'm around (Who am I kidding been doing late finishes since early July) You can be a voting steward - that isn't a problem at all - We can try and schedule around the votes you want to be in the hall for. Next Weds any good for you? Dave will probably be in so we can have a catch up/stuffing session (oooer)
