Aaaahhhhhhhhh, you! I don't even know what to say in reply to this comment, because it's awesome. When I set out to write this I wasn't even sure who the Riach brothers were, and the more pictures/tweets/etc. I found the more I got sucked in to creating this persona for them that I obviously still have no idea about, in terms of whether it's actually anything like them irl. And I also had no idea there was a little enclave of people out there who liked them so much! I was sure that this would get six readers, and was only writing it for my own pleasure. So! I'm right pleased that this worked for you and your friends, and incredibly flattered that you all want me to join in with you. Sorry if I seem a bit cool/aloof on tumblr--I'm genuinely not a fangirling person at heart (...er, 90% of the time. Nick Grimshaw is an exception you'll courteously not bring up, y/y? ;)) and not too enthused about all things tumblr. But I've added you there and here on LJ, and I'm sure we'll have lots of future fun convos ( ... )

ugh, i loved this so much. i love how well the feelings come across, how clear it is that zayn still feels really young and insecure sometimes. i don't even know what else to articulate... just that this fandom needs more fic like this. :)

I really liked this! I don't normally read pairings outside of the band, but this was just great. You did a fantastic job developing the relationship.
