First of all, an update on my findings concerning animal testing and cruelty-free products. I have concluded that many people actually don't realise that yes, animal testing still happens and most if not all of the regular brands do use animal testing. I had quite a shock when testing my nivea, dove, aussie, Boots, Lidl and other products and find

I actually chucked out all my animal-tested products as well this week. Didn't realise it was so much! I replaced them with things I found on proefdiervrij.nl and stuff. I feel good about that, I mean it's a small thing but as they say, een betere wereld begint bij jezelf :)

indeed it's hard to find products that are not animal tested. i use Klippoteket for my hair, they have shampoo and so on that are supposed not to be animal tested, and since i don't really use make-up that problem is solved i guess. i'll anyway check those pages out.
