[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] Part 5:
Nino took a long look at his apartment. This would be the last time he’d be in this place where he had stayed at for god knows how long.
After about an hour of reassuring Satoru that he’ll be back, Nino found himself in his apartment with a handful of boxes. He’ll be moving into the Sakurai Mansion that night, and if he wanted to finish packing before dinner, he would need to start pronto.
Thankfully, he didn’t have much stuff to pack. He cleared his living room in no time at all, and was rather surprised when he noticed everything fitted into one box only. He was about to move on to his bedroom, when the bell rung.
Nino wasn’t expecting any guest, so he had no clue who it was. Without bothering to guess the identity of his mysterious guest, Nino went over and opened the front door.
“Jun?”
“Hi, Nino. I went to look for you, but your manager said you left early,” explained Jun to moment the door opened, “I thought you were unwell, and decided to pop by your house,”
Nino opened the door wider to allow Jun in, “I’m fine, it’s just that something cropped up,”
You could say that Jun was shocked when he entered and found the place completely bare. Yes, Nino’s apartment was usually empty since the frugal man didn’t spend on buying things to decorate his house, but this was ridiculous.
“Are you moving?” asked Jun, noticing the boxes scattered all over the place.
“Yeah, I’m moving into the Sakurai Mansion,”
The moment those words left Nino’s lips, the whole room turned dead silent. The birds outside stopped chirping, and sound from the traffic below ceased.
Jun thought he heard his heart shattering into a million pieces.
“You’re staying with Sho?” asked Jun, his voice quivering as he realized what this meant for him. As much as he doesn’t want to admit it, Jun felt like he was the king of the world when he was informed that Sho had left the country six years ago. That meant that he had Nino all to himself. But those six years weren’t enough to make Nino see his undying love for him. When Sho returned, Jun trusted that Nino would be smart enough to stay away from him. But now, Nino would be staying with his rival! There was no way he could win Nino’s heart like that!
“Yes,” answered Nino, dumping a whole load of paper into a box.
“Why?”
“I’m doing it for Satoru,” answered Nino, packing away the last bits of his music sheet, “it’s kinda sad that he doesn’t have a mother, so even though it’s not much, I’m standing in for the time being,”
Satoru? Oh, the mini Sho. Jun’s heart clenched as he realized Nino was moving out of the apartment he had lived in for so long, just because of that kid? Nino had refused to move in with him when he asked him a couple of year back, and now Nino was willingly moving in to Sho’s mansion because of his son? Satoru might not be Sho, but he’s like the chibi version of him, so that counts as Sho stealing Nino away from him.
“Besides, I won’t have to spend on electricity, water and food,” joked Nino, trying to disperse the black clouds which gathered around Jun.
“So this is about money?!” barked Jun, shoving the photo frame displaying a photo of them during their school days back onto the shelf because grabbing the shorter man’s wrist.
“Jun? What’s gotten in to you?” asked Nino, trembling slightly as he tried to avoid Jun’s piercing glare, “it hurts, let go of me!”
Staring at his friend’s frightened expression, Jun released Nino’s wrist, and turned around to look at anywhere but Nino. He felt so stupid for letting his anger control him. He had even hurt his friend, judging from the way Nino was rubbing his wrist!
“Do…do you need help moving?” asked Jun after a long period of silence. If he wanted to gain Nino’s heart, he would have to do something really nice to make up for what he just did.
“Sho-chan is helping me,” answered Nino, now stuffing the meager clothes he had into a luggage bag , oblivious to a fuming Jun.
Sho-chan?! Nino calls him Sho-chan?! That was totally unfair. Nino never used such an intimate suffix for his name! It was always the more formal ‘kun’ for him. This is outrageous! He had to do something quick. At this rate, he’ll lose Nino before he could even catch the first episode of his new drama!
Oh god, Jun really did feel like pinning the singer onto the wall, and let his mind take over! But before he could do something as monstrous as that, his integrity took over, telling him that there was no way Nino would ever go out with him after that. And dammit, why does Nino have to bend over and reach in between his TV and the cupboard trying to unplug the TV, leaving Jun to witness his wriggling ass as he tried to reach for the plug?
It took all of Jun’s self control to not reach out and caress Nino’s bottom.
But luckily, but also unluckily, someone else appeared at the door of Nino’s bedroom. A small frown appeared on his face as caught sight of Jun drooling while staring at Nino’s butt.
He cleared his throat, “Nino, are you ready?” he asked, hoping that will take Jun’s attention off Nino.
“Oh, Sho, you’re here!” exclaimed Nino, “I’m done!”
“Hi, Sho,” greeted Jun, surprised that he finally regain control of himself and wasn’t staring at something he shouldn’t be staring at, “I should be going, bye guys,”
Once the front door slammed shut, indicating that Jun had left, Sho tried his best to not pounce on Nino. It was really hard to resist the small man, especially since there was no one else there to stop him. But Sho was smart enough to know that he shouldn’t attack Nino there… he should do it back at his mansion, his territory.
The car ride back to the Sakurai Mansion was painfully slow for Sho. Apart from the occasional rattling of the boxes in the back seat, it was pretty much silent in the car - Sho was too busy not taking his eyes of the road incase he gazed at someone and end up crashing the car, while Nino’s heart was pounding so loudly it used up most of his energy, leaving none for him to use his voice with.
But the awkwardness didn’t end the moment they stepped into the mansion. Most of the lights were off as it was ten at night, and Satoru and most of the staff were asleep.
“We’ll get your stuff in the morning,” said Sho, letting out a loud yawn. After a tiring day at work, all Sho wanted to do was plop onto his bed and go to sleep… using Nino as a pillow/bolster.
“…Sho…where am I sleeping?” asked Nino timidly as he looked at the businessman.
The expression Nino had on while asking him made Sho lose all common sense. Nino’s eyes were more dazzling than usual, and his lips looked so soft, Sho could not help but grab his hand and pulled him to his room.
“Here we are!” announced Sho, pulling Nino into a room, and closing the door shut before locking it.
“Isn’t this your room?” asked Nino, eyeing Sho. But the moment Nino caught Sho’s eye, he knew it would be the end of him. Sho had been absent mindedly pulling of his jacket and his shirt, leaving Nino to gape at the bulging muscles and the well toned abs. At this rate, he’ll die from a nose bleed or of dehydration as Sho’s hotness evaporated all the water in him… or both.
Nino just couldn’t tear his eyes off Sho even though he knew he shouldn’t be gawking at him. And he was still mesmerized by the businessman when he charged towards him and pinned him onto the bed.
“You’re sleeping with me tonight,” said Sho in a lusty voice that Nino wanted Sho to use on him since forever.
Nino gulped.
The first thing that came to his mind was ‘I’m not going to survive the night’, when Sho let his arms go limp, meaning that Sho was now pressed flat on top of him. Sho hands began circling his waist, pulling Nino even closer than humanly possible.
“I’m sorry for making you wait so long,” Sho murmured beside his left ear, his hands spidering up and down his back, “I really wanted you,”
Sho hands left Nino’s body for a few seconds so that they could at least get into a comfortable sleeping position. Once their heads were on a pillow, and both tucked under the blankets, Sho reattached himself to Nino.
“I know you were expecting me to confess to you during our school days,” continued Sho, gently stroking Nino’s back where he had accidentally caned him, “I wanted to, but I knew I was going to study abroad,”
“It wouldn’t be fair to you if I asked you to be mine and then leave you,” explained Sho, “and when you asked me during graduation, I said I needed time because it was difficult to choose between having you and then breaking your heart, or not confessing and leaving us both miserable,”
“But now…” started Sho, staring straight into Nino’s eyes, refusing to blink as he’ll lose a split second to see Nino, “I can have both,”
Sho’s lips were soft and sweet, just like how Nino’s imagined it to be. Everything came to a stop as Nino laid there, Sho’s tasty lips on his and his tongue darting inside Nino’s mouth.
The second thing that came to Nino’s mind was ‘but I don’t care’.
