youve got stomach problems because your stomach is having an allergic reaction..changing diet doesnt help that much because its going to freak out on almost everything...youve got to give your stomach an antihistamine like zantac, pepcid or tagamet. I've started taking a pepcid in the morning and that helps alot

your blood changes? changes to what? the most important tests are the urine histamine, tryptase, and bone marrow biopsy. once those determine your diagnosis, your treatment should be mapped out. due to the fatal element of anaphylaxis treatment should never be delayed

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Why I'm so intrigued to know more from you is because all I can find on the internet is this comment 'Systemic mastocytosis (systemic mast cell disease) is a progressive neoplastic disorder that has no known curative therapy.' I guess my doctor is waiting for any physical change from my blood tests (ie.I get sicker perhaps?) before he wants to expose my body to various cancer treatments. Apparently, it may never happen - but of course I'm sceptic. So I'm seeking out as much information as a can and understand this disease. I live in Australia by the way - Mel
