am i really a cold hearted bitch that doesnt care about other peoples feelings? Many people have made many comments lately that make me out to be an ice queen! Why i do care about other people sometimes to much. Granted i have a sharp and wicked tounge that can be very harsh and degrating at times. And @ work i want things to go by the book so

I dont think you are. The fact that you want to do things by the book tells me that you are a good manager. I am a manager too, so I know where you are coming from. You just have to follow the rules, and there are always those that dont want to follow them, so you have to be an ass to either make them follow them, or you get rid of them.
