Wow, look at that, the pickle and a guy sent to the electric chair have something in common; they will both glow and smoke when you turn on the juice. I wonder if GrampaJohn learn this trick when he worked at the state prison?

There is NOTHING AT ALL WRONG with that metaphor...
We are all back in the class-room in 1620, and this is our lecturer... Mr Matthew Hopkins.
He went on a few years later to do the pickle experiment with REAL Christians, with roughly the same effect..
