Avoidance is what I have been practicing the last few years. Sad to say but recently I realized this is me. I had issues with the place with the “numbers”. Namely with being berated for speaking my mind and pointing out the favoritism there. So I quit going (avoidance). Had a run in with a DJ at a club I worked and humiliated by said DJ and
