Oh yes. :) They are pretty awesome. There are five separate exercises. You need two bricks (one for each hand). All of the exercises involve extending the arms (like an uppercut) and then quickly twisting the hand palm down and tehn quickly palm up, then retracting. Make sure to twist the wrist at the end of the extension, but to make the whole move smooth and continuous. Each of the exercises simply changes the direction of the extension. Here is a breakdown
