So Isis has been here for 24 hours now.... She has pretty much done nothing but eating or sleeping. Right now she's sleeping in the bedroom - I'm not liking it. Aren't kittens supposed to be full of energy? I know that she has been outside alone for a long time having to fight for food and shelter, but shouldn't her 'batteries be recharged' by now

I think you just need to wait and see, I don't like any of your options, but I don't think you can just set her out again, she'll come back.
Time will show and soon you'll have a little happy cat family ;)

But now some children has actually taken her in, trying to find a home for her... I HAVE put up a 'owner wanted' message on Facebook, but no one has answered.
Yesterday evening I put her back out, because 1: Anubis was terrified and very unhappy, 2: Isis was hissing and no one could get near her, not even me. I just felt in my heart that I couldn't keep her for her own sake and Anubis'.
So I put her back out but kept feeding her, waiting for someone to reply to the message I put on the laundry house. And so these kids showed up.
I guess you can call me a bad person if you like, but I feel like I gave her chance, it just didn't work out... and I really don't want to have her put down - only one option left. Put her back outside, and then luckily these kids showed up. Have called everyone I know, but no one wants a cat.
