Hehehe, so now I've had my new Canon 7D for a few days.... man, it's a whole science in itself. I don't know if I'll ever master this piece of equipment to the fullest, but I'm sure as hell gonna try.

Congrats on the new 7d. I'm sure you'll be able to work most of it out, you have the drive I lack.
I'm just using my camera to take pics and know very little of all the fancy things it can do if only I knew how ;)

Gimp I've had that before, but it's the same, it has to be very easy if I'm to use it.

And good to hear you're doing fine.

I think GIMP is very easy though - except my version is in Swedish and I just can't change the language.... sometimes it's hard to figure out what it all means....

Lightroom is actually pretty easy as well... and an excellent programme. Expensive, but that's why we have torrents. ;-)

It's cool to just take random pix as well - always fun.

You just gotta try - try and see what happens and with time you suddenly know it all. That's how I did it. All like: "mm, what does this button do..?".... *CLICK*.... "OH!"

As for the GIMP issues, i tried out this modified version of gimp a while ago. It seems to work ok.

Yeah GIMP is pretty damn good for a freeware program, I haven't tried the new one. What does it do???

Thank you!!!! Yea, I love the pix.... I spent 15.000 DKK all in all.... will take me about 3 years to pay it off, LOL. But it's well worth it.
