Well, I have got some competition for the title as 'Ultimate Crazy Cat Lady' (way to go albertesmor!), so I decided to post some pix of my beautiful Anubis. He's almost 3 years old and is the kindest being you'll ever come across.
Here we go:

Anubis says: Mjello!! Where's me food??

Sorry, no dice on the "crazy cat lady" title. You need at least a dozen cats before those are awarded. Plus you're too nice. Crazy cat ladies are supposed to have tons of cats and be cranky.

Nice pictures, I enjoyed them. You've sure got an original name for Anubis too - how'd you think that one up?

LOL, yea, you're kind of right, even though Anubis acts like he's 50 cats at once. Does crazy cat ladies have to be cranky? LOL.... dammit.... maybe when I get older then. Haha.

Well, I've always been fascinated with Egyptian mythology, so I thought - a black cat is always (or used to be) associated with the underworld... and the god Anubis is a kind of ruler of the underworld AND is all black. So... there you have it! LOL

Yes, I'm afraid crankiness is indeed a prerequisite for being a crazy cat lady. As far as the acting like 50 cats at once, my sister and her husband have three cats, and I'm sure they can attest to that very same feeling.

Oh, cool. You put some real thought into that name then. I approve.

LOL, oh thank you - yea, I'm satisfied with the name Anubis as well. :-D

Yea, you're rioght, every cat usually acts like it has a severe case of MPD sometimes.

Lol what is it with cats and doors, the desire to walk on top, is it something deep in the cat nature?
Adorable pics, I can almost hear the meowing and purring ;)

As far as the tittle goes, do you have a balcony where you can sit, with your feline, and yell at the playing kids to keep it down? ;)

LOL, thank you.

I don't really have a balcony - also Anubis is an in-door-kitty. But I definitely DO want to yell at those damn kids... hahahaha. "Keep it down or I'll skin your effin' hinds!"

The door thing... I think it has a lot to do with 'domination' and the desire to be up high, looking down on the pack/threats or whatever... heehee, but I don't know.
