I know i have only read the first book and never seen any of the movies. But why is Charlie such a douchebag? He didn't seem that bad in the first book. It's an awesome story, though. I can't wait to read more :D

Hi there! Hahah, well, in the movies Charlie is very protective - I have just taken it a bit further to better the story. He thinks it's all Edward's (and Jacob's) fault that his daughter is freaking out, so.... But I'll try to tone it down a little.
