Oh, certain parts of the internet are quite... rabid and go around trying to chastise everyone who dares to have a different opinion on the game. You know, like the Borg.

That said, I am actually not surprised it died down this quickly. They've been hyping that game so much that nobody has anything to say about it anymore.

I'll tell you the details next time we meet in chat. Truth be told, I'm surprised a couple of gaming sites did have the courage to give frank reviews. That in itself shows that the game went wrong somewhere. And I mean, I obviously can't offer up an assessment for those who love the game to bits, but I think nicely speaking that it is very hard for many people to connect to this game. The confusing story, the... extreme characters, etc, are most likely going to prevent a lot of people from getting really into it.

They are all probably too busy still on Grand Pulse torturing themselves farming for weapon upgrade materials and haven't bothered to finish the game yet. lolol

j/k idk either. It sold well. It's in first place on gamefaqs.com. Posters are still up at the gamestops in my area. Maybe there's just nothing secret worthy aside from the usual "I'd still do Hope even though he's like 12" or "I'm a straight female, but I'd still have sex with Fang" or "Light and Fang made me finally want to get off my ass and work out!"

Yeah, it didn't do bad exactly, just... considering the way Squeenix hyped it, I thought it would do better, even if it wasn't to my tastes.

Haha, I'm not so sure it even was an accident, considering Fang's original design was male. I seriously got the vibe that they were lovers. XD
