Moving forward and shedding the old

Over the last 3 months or so I've made a conscious choice to improve things across the board in my life. While I've had my set backs, it's been more forward than back.

I've started to loose weight again by removing large amounts of sugar from my diet. So much so I had to buy new pants this weekend as belt tightening can only go so far and when I ( Read more... )

Grats on all accounts! Sounds like things are really coming together for you!
Also hope to hear about how well Phase 2 is coming along shortly ^.^

I like your website too, very quick and easy to read and to the point, not overly flasy or clustered like so many seem to be now a days

Keep up the awesomeness k! Good luck on losing the last of that weight you want gone too!

Glad to hear that you like the website and that you don't think it overly flashy. As that would be a turn off for our target market. Though I might darken the text a little.

This is all exciting stuff!

I have been interested in couch to 5k as well, but I think I am going to keep up the swimming. I designed myself a training program, and I will buy new shoes in case the running bug hits me.

I want to do Couch to 5k too, but I want to finish 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups first! One thing at a time... or two, as the case may be. ;) I'm also trying to crack weightlifting 30kg, and (eventually) lifting 50kg. My dream is to reduce my body weight while increasing my lifting power so eventually I can lift my full body weight. My guess is that the 'amount lifted' and 'body weight' figures will meet at the 55kg mark. Eventually.
