so my bathroom cieling in leaking AGAIN! i called maintenance and they acted like it wasnt a big deal. they said water that comes out of the air vent is most of the time just someone upstairs who was careless with their shower curtain. that would be believeable and all if wasnt for the fact that my cieling has had 2 prior pipe bursts since august
