Woah that is so much exercise/ weight training. Gosh. Be careful with your back... I sustanined three crush fractures of my spine in 2004 and I can never run again. I used to run eighteen miles most days. Plus I have scoliosis and osteopenia. Back injuries are one of the most awful; depending of the severity, being stuck in bed is counterproductive to your body building/ leaning and my walking anyhow! So yeah, don't try that one again if you can help it. Hugs.
Yeah, I'd like to teach my dad squats but he slipped to discs in a judo accident years ago so we have to make do with leg presses when I'm training him.
The second week after that injury of mine, I just did yoga. Then the third week yoga and tai chi, and just worked my way back up.
