I've always like the more domestic things a couple can do for each other to show their love. You know, the little things of everyday life Garrus and Shepard could do to make his/her lover a little happier: Helps Garrus taking off his armor each night before they going to bed, prepares Shepard's clothes while she was asleep, bringing food when one of them forgot to eat, looks at the sleeping lover and give him/her a kiss with an "I love you" whisper, small presents now and then, a hand squeeze under the table, etc...
