There is an appropriate Star Trek quote for every occasion, I believe. With this fic, you scored the one I love the most.

"Let me help. A hundred years or so from now, I believe, a famous novelist will write a classic using that theme. He'll recommend those three words even over I love you."

I've never heard that quote before, but it is absolutely beautiful. I'm far from a profound novelist, but I'm incredibly touched that even a fraction of this quote applies to this little fic. Thank you anon :)
