This has been my build for ages now. Not that much different from yours.

I play her very grenade dependent, because after every charge her grenades get a 40% damage boost. (Each one gives 2385 general damage, 3575 against barriers!) So I give her Grenade gear 5, and just throw them at everything. Stasis for those enemies that just won't stay still like Nemesis, Marauders, Phantoms. And with bonus power, she has a 1/3 chance for no cooldown, allowing her to charge right away.

I've been wondering about Bonus Power -- is it at all odd to have something that you can't rely on (since it's a 1/3 chance)? Having charge immediately would certainly get you out of some tough situations.

I WISH I had upgraded Grenade gear. I can get a measly 1 extra grenade, so far. :P

It's weird to adjust to at first. I probably would not spec my adept that way. But for the vanguard I usually Stasis >> Grenade (no cooldown anyway), having the occasional Stasis >> instant Charge is nice.

Ah, okay. I need to get better at using the vanguard's grenades -- they're great as panic buttons, but (partially because I don't have grenade gear) I get rather skinflint with them. And I totally forgot they'd be boosted by the after-charge synergy (grenades look like a weapon, not a power, so I have to remind myself that they're mechanically a power).

Grenades are so awesome. And the Asari Lift Grenades are one of the best in the game, second only to the Krogan Soldier's Inferno Grenades in terms of damage. Even with your Grenade 1 Gear, she should have 5 to throw, which is some sizable damage. If she tosses all 5 at say an Atlas, that's almost 12000 damage (after a charge).
