When I clicked the link, I got "Survey is now closed." Since I clicked only an hour after you posted this, I'm guessing that may be an error.

If recollection serves, SM generates IDs associated with each hyperlink, so the survey manager will need to generate new links and send them to respondents (via email is the usual method).
