Tactics Tuesday is an effort to provide a regular forum for multi-player question threads in an effort to try to collect as many suggestions and tips under a single banner to make it easier for people to memory or reference later

I love(d) Incinerate, but a while back, the Good Players were suggesting it wasn't that great and it was better to devote points elsewhere.

This was before the balance changes that made it better, and now with the improved tech bursts thing, I think it's even mo' bettah, but the community may be slow to react to those changes. :)
