So I am blanking on any examples other than selling Shepard's corpse to Cerberus to keep it away from the Collectors, for which she has the perfectly servicable excuse that Shepard definitively was not available for consultation.
To distinguish hypothetical Batman-Liara from actual Oracle-Liara, Batman-Liara would have sold Shep's corpse to Cerberus before she had even died, as a precaution against Reaper associated forces assassinating Shepard and trying to take the body

Kaidan is in Ravenclaw. Liara would do well in Slytherin ("those cunning folk do anything to achieve their ends..."), as would Garrus I think (his tendency to ignore the little folk on his way to catch criminals). James, Hufflepuff. Ashley is Gryffindor all the way. Joker I think is Hufflepuff if only for his tendency to work hard... though he has some Slytherinish tendencies as well.

Yeah, a lot of the Raider gear would be perfect for Jack.

ETA: No wait, Legion is one of the bots. Half busted and patched up, of course. The Securitrons are more sophisticated, but they're also a little too big for Legion? Protectron would work better. Patched up with a piece of Shepard's old power armor.
