New rumored DLC leak

Jun 09, 2012 13:21

The same guy who leaked the (now proved accurate) deets on the Rebellion Pack just posted more DLC info:

Mass Effect™ 3: Earth:

bb, look at the end of that sentence "reveal the impact of Shepard's choices on the future of the galaxy.".

It's probably just going to be shit like "And Tuchanka violently annexed planets within its system without Wrex to guide the expanded krogan population" sort of epilogue slides.

The end of that sentence is what gives it context. And, frankly, the context is still leaving me feeling completely hopeless about it.

I miss the days when I would've been excited for new ME DLC.

"I would honestly not be the least bit surprised."

The epilogue is Liara waking up in an apartment on Thessia in 2165. She dreamed the entire Mass Effect series after staying up too late reading, and then there's a very long and boring cutscene of her brushing her teeth and stressing out about her PhD dissertation.

I'm looking forward to it... I've actually really enjoyed the MP DLC so far. <3 my Asari Justicar and Vorcha sentinel (even though I totally suck at both of those classes, but biotic explosions and bloodlust are fun).

As for the Extended Cut... honestly, if it gives me the chance to imagine that Shepard and Kaidan reunited after the Catalyst, I think I'm okay. I know the ending was crap, but I'm kind of optimistic about it. I think it's because I love the game regardless and just want a happy ending option for my Shep that deserves a happy ending, even if that ending doesn't making a whole lot of sense.

I think they'll do decently with it, anyway.

Expansions? As in ME3 full-game expansions, as per, say, Assassin's Creed 2, or DLC expansions? O.o

Ah, nevermind, lol; followed the link in the post!:p Darn, I got so excited there for a bit-expansion games for ME3...though irksome in a sense, I would like that!;)

Extended DLC and epilogue, though...I want to hope they'll actually get it right this time!;)

I'm starting to feel overwhelmed by all these classes being added so fast, I am never going to catch up, omg.

...possibly because I never play anymore because I'm behind, so I figure there's no point in playing so I get even more behind which makes me more discouraged...and on and on.

Haven't played ME3 MP outside the demo. If I ever finish this gaming rig I am going to be so screwed. It'd be like trying to kill Banshees with a slingshot while everyone else uses death rays...

Yeah, I'm never going to 'catch up', either. For the same reasons.

The only time I play MP anymore is during the Operation weekends, and even then, it's been bare minimum to make the goals (if I can make the individual goal at all)

Same here. I'm still missing characters from the original release and Resurgence, and none of the new Rebellion characters (though that last one's more my fault since I haven't been playing MP very much lately).

*starts furiously playing MP, hoping to catch up*
