Not getting datapad texts

Since EA helpdesk is being very... unhelpful, I though I ask here: anyone also not getting texts from the datapad?

Try hitting the "check for new messages" button (if you haven't already). I did that yesterday, and about 20 messages showed up.

I tried (and with a frequency bordering on obsessive - complusive behavior...). Didn't help =/

I haven't been getting the texts for weeks. But, like you, my GAW stuff is still updating properly.

I've had the app for a while and it's VERY sporadic with texts. Sometimes, I'll play through huge swathes of the game and get nothing, then all of a sudden, BAM a bunch of messages and Javik's threatening to throw Legion out the airlock :T

Part of this I think is that you have to have the datapad app up and check it while you're playing. I've received more texts that way than if I check it after I've been playing.

I had it open and hit reload while playing. Didn't make any difference. Maybe I just try reinstalling it, like sleepyscriblles did.
