The Star Trek franchise did Spock/Kirk slash officially in some of those novels in the 80's and 90's. Obviously not AU. I thought they were awful, but they kept selling. ;o)

I recall a few of those novels getting mightily close to homoeroticism without actually doing it. Again, one of those times when you could easily interpret it that way if you wished to.
