Personally, I like the two Princess Bride monologues best. Although, I love the Shakespeare one, too....Helena (and Hermia) have other good monolouges, as well, maybe one of them would work? I'm really not the person to be talking about monologues, though....I've never had to prepare one for an audition. The only ones I've ever been to involved 'cold reads' of scenes from the show.

I really don't know what to tell you about a song, though. What sort of style of song were you thinking? Legit? Belty? Pop-ish? "Classic B'way"? Fast? Slow?

Eh.

Comedy Western?

*does not look at If I Were A Bell*

*also does not look at Annie Get Your Gun*

*ALSO does not look at Chorus Line*

I shall leave you to your devices on that note. :-D

As for monologues...you have no idea what charrie you're performing? At all?

Humpf. I always like Antigone's "But I am not the king" one, or Ismene's countering one (I can't, Antigone, I can't!)...but...eh.

NO info?

*twitches slightly*

Oh, and a note, I'm not too up on monologues (HA) but I think PB is kinda, uh, overdone...but I'm not sure, It's just I've seen it around before.
