Recently we've been subjected to a glut of reboots of well-worn superhero franchises. Theoretically the Incredible Hulk isn't an origin story. It glosses over the origin. Hulk is an origin story, and the Incredible Hulk could conceivably follow that or any other Hulk origin story, just as the Hulk in Avengers could be any number of Hulks, though he is supposed to be the Hulk from Incredible Hulk ( ... )

Based on the surrounding materials and rumours... I am prepared to put cash on the table that nothing happens in this new movie that hasn't been in a Superman film previously. :(

I saw the trailer recently and dare I say it, it looks...promising. The one thing that always ticked me off about Superman was how moral and good and devoid of turmoil he is. That's why Batman is always going to trump him, because the latter struggles with his own moral compass.
