Suikoden and Stargate

Ok, so I've only played about 20 minutes of Suikoden Tierkreis, but one thing is really starting to bug me: all the voice actors go so freaking fast. It's not a race against the text (but if it was, the spoken word wins, for once). I wonder if that's what I sound like when my mom complains that I talk too fast
