Quick question

I'm trying to find a screencap of John Sheppard lying down his bed. For the life of me, I can't remember in which episode(s) this happens. Help please?

First Contact (asleep with a book on his chest), Doppleganger (awake staring at the ceiling are the two best.

I can probably find some caps if that is any use?

Ooh First Contact, I completely forgot about that one. And I should re-check Doppelganger. That was one of the first eps I checked, but I must've been going through the caps too quickly or something cause I didn't see that scene. Thank you for the help! I'll probably get the screencaps myself because I'm really picky when I start manipping :P

Isn't he lying down on his bed in that scene from the Shrine ? When Rodney comes at his door ? I don't have the episode with me this instant, but I think he might have been :)

In the Shrine, he on his side facing away from the door and under the covers, so it's hard to tell it's him, but he is lying down. :-)
