Maybe they figure that someone's gonna make double use of the laundry basin...?

Er... "Go piss up a flagpole!"

Heheh... Any port in a storm, eh?

Most of the new houses around here don't *have* laundry basins. The washer and dryer are usually stuffed into a closet; sometimes even on the second floor. *Big* mess when the drain gets clogged with lint...

"Dear! The washer's backing up!"

"Aw, shit! They should put those beep-beep alarms on 'em, y'know?"

Hah! Funny story...

Some of them *do* have those beep-beep alarms. Unfortunately, they don't go beep until the water level's 2" above the floor.

I tracked you through an intriguing comment in cerval's journal... and out of curiousity began reading.

Ummm... You're married, I'm married (and thoroughly satisfied monogamous)... but I have fallen quite madly in love with you as a result of your public entries. Whoever you are.

Do with that as you will.

Uh... Glad you enjoyed the read.

I are someone who grew up with Gordon... Nuff said?

I are a friend of Chelsea and Gordon's who used to live close to them but have moved a bit north. (From 10 minutes to 50 minutes distance.) Galen's shower was at my house way back when.

We met in alt.callahans several years ago... maybe 1999 or 2000?

I have lots of pretty cats. They are in my LJ Scrapbook. ;-)

Ah. You still live a *lot* closer to them than I.

Were you at the wedding?
