So, I'm basically making this recipe for Red Beans and Rice and trying to figure out what to make with it for when the Horde descends. Please note, for me, red beans and rice is a meal unto itself, but not so for my family. Especially if I'm not using ham hocks and sausage to make it. Which I'm not because I want to be able to eat some of it
