I have to make this clear that from here on there's some issue with the numbering in both the Chinese and Japanese versions of the manga. If you went sequentially, this would be the next chapter after the second volume of Hana wa Saku ka.
Both the Japanese raws and the Chinese version have this numbered as 14 :/?

After the next five chapters of Hana wa Saku ka there won't be much left for summaries since at present Japanese raws are available only upto chapter 18. I really don't want to rush the next few chapters and while i wait raws of chapter 19 & 20, i'll be doing summaries of Honto Yajuu and Hatsukoi no Atosaki (some time soon though :D;;)

[Summary] Hana wa Saku ka ch 12
Well, after a month long gap i'm back with another Hana wa Saku ka summary. With this, volume 2 will finally wind up!
Btw there's some numbering issue with the Japanese and Chinese versions. The Japanese tankoubon calls this chapter '12' whereas the Chinese one chapter '13'. As a rule i follow the Japanese version, so 12 it is.
