I'm going to work tonight and I have not been there for a whole week. And I am dreading going to work. Afterwards, I am heading home for Christmas. Which is going to be boring because I'm at the age that I am too old for presents, and since I am not around anymore I don't get any presents. I don't think I want to go to any of the relatives houses

I don't think anyone is too old for presents!
My one aunt said that to one of my cuzins. It's Christmas.
It's for everyone. I don't think there's a rule where it states:
Someone over a certain age isn't allowed to enjoy opening gifts!"
