BBC Sherlock

Rating: 18 (explicit het sex, comic violence, hints of BDSM, mentions of drugs)

Written for a kink meme prompt: "Epic HATESEX between Sherlock and Donovan. Like slapping, blood, furniture breaking HATESEX". Though perhaps not quite as hate-filled as some people would like?

To Sherlock Holmes she was always the policewoman. )

het, sherlock's pov, crack

I love this. There's the nod to Life on Mars, and did they let women PCs beat up suspects before the Sex Discrimination Act? And the vaseline, and Sherlock's chivalrous attempts to cover up for her with the stab vest and the excuse about breaking the door down...

And who has John been seeing on the side? Spider Gary my foot.

Blessington 2, Blessingham 2.

Here because you linked yourself on furtherinterest, you brilliant person!

I really like this, especially the bits where Sherlock wants to tell her she's gorgeous, kiss her, etc. He really does like her, in his own twisted way.

And if you ever want to continue this and write about how their relationship develops I'd love to read it!

Glad you enjoyed it - it was quite a hard fiction to write, because Sally and Sherlock don't have much in common, but I wanted to try and show how Sherlock might come to respect Sally without getting either of them OOC. I can imagine him being impressed by courage so I wanted to show them sharing a reckless streak. Yes, I think he does almost love her, even if he will never quite admit it.

I don't have any inspiration for doing a sequel to this at the moment, but something might occur at some point. I am working on a Sally/John fic, but not sure when that will see the light of day. An interesting, but very different dynamic.
