not much of an achievement on Sakura and Ino's part
Sakura and Ino serves as a perfect antithesis for Shay
Unlike Shay, Sakura and Ino had to work hard to achieve success as a ninja
She seems to think that Sakura and Ino are one person.

The context was never changed because that section was almost word for word copied from Kakashi's wiki. All they did was change the nouns, but not any of the other words.
