Today is a rest day, but I was supposed to take a walk, or do yoga or something. I'm just so spent, mostly mentally. But also my muscles need a ton of rest.
Tomorrow is bout day, this is the the thing that helps keep me going. If I do work out tomorrow morning, it will just be a little yoga. But we'll see.
